Unlucky me got this big 'ticket' again. This time it just took less than 5 min to get it. So quick the 'Mask Rider' act. But you know, the funny thing is that there were 2 cars parking illegally next to my car. They are 'Ninja King' & 'Benz'. And the 'Mask Raider' just looking at the cars, and passed away. (Without give them any ticket). As i known, the cars were there about an hour before me.
So... this is how it works. Just wanna share how cruel is this world.
